Relax…you're home! Villa Zaia is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with bedroom A/C and cable TV, a spacious kitchen, breakfast bar and dining area, an office desk with wireless internet, a living room filled with large indoor tropical plants leading to an outdoor decking and patio areas surrounding a large plunge pool with a cascading waterfall, edged with smooth river stones. For typical Caribbean lifestyle living, guests can use a built in stone BBQ for delicious meals. Oh and did we mention the cool breeze?

Location
Villa Zaia is well located to take advantage of all the beautiful attractions the North of the island has to offer. A relaxing 10 minutes walk will bring you to an east coast beach, Cas en Bas. A vast stretch of beach great for collecting driftwood and watching the kite surfers or just having a late afternoon dip.

If Golf is your hobby, then the Cap Estate Golf and Country club is just minutes from the villa. All the best restaurants, bars and nightlife in Rodney Bay are between 5-10 minutes drive and other great beaches from Le Sport to Pigeon Point are all a nice 15 minutes stroll away.

Housekeeping is provided Monday to Friday and laundry service is available on request.

The managers live just a stone throw away and are always on hand to assist with anything required or just chat about how good island life is as they take care of the property themselves.
