We were due to stay in this apartment last week. We had booked months in advance and sent over deposits. The customer service of Emily who owns the property is non-existent. She is terrible to get hold of. We received no receipts and it took us 3 weeks to get her to confirm she had even received our money. In the run up to the holiday (only 4 days before due to leave), we tried to contact her to pay the rest of the money as we hadn't heard from her. 2 days later she finally responded to tell us she had double booked the apartment. She subsequently put us in another apartment on Quayside which was bigger but far less suitable because we needed a single bed for our son which the new apartment didn't have. Consequently, we had to go and buy a specialist blow up bed for him at a cost of £60 (he's 2 and no longer sleeps in a cot).
