We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It is right in the midst of shops, bars, restaurants and you can walk into the countryside without using the car. The bus station is 2 minutes walk away. This is an ideal place to stay for 2 people. It is spacious,very comfortable, every little detail attended to, and the jacuzzi is the icing on the cake especially after a hard day's walking! Stayed at this lovely apartment for our wedding anniversary in May 2013. Been to Ambleside before but this property is perfectly located. No more than 5 minutes from anything you need. Well decorated and furnished to an excelent standard. Little touches provided by owner make the difference. more
