Our holiday cottage is situated at the edge of the village of Shipton Moyne in the grounds of our 17th century farmhouse. They were the old farm stables, which are Grade II listed, and were converted by us in 1995. It has a secure terrace gardens with garden furniture and barbecue. Children and pets welcome. The cottage is a short walk from our village pub which serves food at lunchtimes and in the evening.

There is shared use of our outdoor heated swimming pool. (May – September, Mon- Fri 9am - 4pm, Sat-Sun 10am - 1pm). There are gates and a high wall, which keep unaccompanied toddlers away from the pool. Swimming towels are available.

Finding accomodation for 12 - from 2 to 64 years - is always difficult but Sherwood comfortably housed all of us. Each family had their own bedroom and bathroom (which we have never found before) and we had an amazing 40th birthday week away. Stayed for 3 nights with my extended family so we could visit Westonbirt Arboretum's Magical Night. The cottage was fantastic plenty of room and very well equipped. The pub down the road was a great find, very warm and friendly atmosphere. We hope to visit again in the future. more
