    RENTAL RATES FOR 2 PERSONS: Prices quoted are for 2 sharing. Use of Sofa-Bed will be an additional £30.00 per break/week.

    SLEEPING CAPACITY: The Apartments are ideally suited for 2 Adults; however a maximum of 2 Adults + 2 Children can be accommodated. Please note, there is room for only 1 Cot in Crocus and Bluebell.

    TERMS: 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. However, if the commencement date is 4 weeks or less then full payment is required at the time of booking. We also ask for a refundable security deposit of £50.00 to be paid with the balance/full payment.

    Payment to be made in £ Sterling (GBP) either by cheque drawn from any UK bank or by Credit/Debit Card using PAYPAL online secure payment service (preferred method for overseas visitors).

    Full Bed Linen, Towels, and Electricity (fair usage policy) included in the above rates.

    CHECKING IN on arrival day is from 15.00 hrs and CHECKING OUT on day of departure is before 10.00 hrs....

We enjoyed our stay in the Tulip Apartment in October. It is no-frills accommodation at a very reasonable price for the area. It is in an enviable location and peaceful with lovely views. Humphries Cross was a last minute break for us and we were encouraged by the helpfullness of the owners from the moment we enquired about the property.
