    All prices are in £ per week. Stays must be of 7 night duration in July and August. Short breaks (minimum of three nights) are available outside of July and August, prices on application. All prices include towels (unless otherwise stated on the web), bed linen, gas and electricity. Credit card payments will incur a 1.95% service charge. Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week.

Stayed in Kilimani on a few occasions as the property is dog friendly, spacious, modern, light and in a great location - a few minutes walk from the harbour. Plenty of parking and nice garden space. Owners friendly and welcoming too.

Only minor criticisms apparent from multiple visits were: (1) downstairs twin bedroom smells strongly of damp with mould visible on the walls; (2) we felt as though the property could benefit from more than a swift clean after each guest vacates - that's not to say its dirty, because it's not; and (3) TV in kitchen doesn't work.
