Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week.

What a lovely flat, so well equipped, fantastic views and and in fabulous condition - we thought we were the first to use it! Lovely and quiet with views out towards Brixham, warm, fantastic comfortable beds and within 20 minutes walk to the town centre. Off street parking in a parking slot allocated to the flat and secure gated entrance. Not so good if you are not very fit as the flat is at the top of a hill and there are 2 sets of steps up to the first floor where this is located - no problem for us but some other visitors had commented in the visitors book.

We will certainly consider returning next time we are in Torquay.
