we had a very comfortable and relaxing stay in Colehayes. The house is in a convenient location for most enjoyable walk into Torquay or Paignton. The first Sunday of our stay we were privileged to a front row seat to the local half marathon and was a great pleasure to be able to encourage the runners during there race.
The house is large and the rooms are more than big enough for a very relaxing stay. It is equipped for all your holiday needs and the welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk on arrival was very much appreciated.
We look forward to another enjoyable stay here.

We stayed here in late April 2013 with our 2 children (3 and 1) and our friends and their 2 kids (same ages).. The house was right on the main road just past the Livermead Cliff Hotel - easy to find and had ample parking for 3 cars. It is a big house with good sized rooms and well equipped. The decor is a bit retro- very interesting patterned carpets! But that added to the fun, and the kids loved the amount of space they had and their rooms were plenty big enough for the 2 beds and travel cots.
We had an issue with the grill and oven not working on the Sunday so we rang the maintenance man - and the next day he arrived, tried to fix it couldn't and by the time we came back from our day out he had fitted a new oven!!! Now that's what I call service!
Our only complaints (and they are very minor - is the master bedroom has a velux window which doesn't have a blind on it - so it is very light early in the morning - and the only shower (the en-suite one) is a bit pathetic - so we...
