Location is in a quiet neighborhood (Gardner Mountain) within 5-10 minute walking distance from restaurants and bars. Neighborhood is located approximately 0.5 miles north of the "Y" (intersection of Hwy 50 and Hwy 89/Emerald Bat Rd). Located within a 2-3 minute drive (15-20 minute walk) to Pope Beach and Camp Richardson. Centrally located (20 minute drive) between Heavenly and Sierra at Tahoe ski areas, and a two minute walk to Forest Service trail heads accessing Angora Mtn and Fallen Leaf Lake.
