Hiking trails in the summer that turn into snowshoe trails in the winter. Bike path nearby that runs through the forest and beaches. The Tahoe Keys Homeowners Association has tennis, pools, and beaches for a nominal fee. Just bring your contract with you and sign up at the HOA building next to the beach and outdoor pool.
