    A very warm welcome to 'Sobraon', a family run detached property set in 3/4 acre over looking fields, down a quiet country lane in the Domesday village of Iden. Kingsize bed in a large double aspect room with the following facilities: FREE Wi-Fi,TV, DVD, Tea/Coffee facilities, Iron & Board & Hair dryer. (Please note that we have a fold up bed and are able to take one child at an extra cost of £15 per night). The bathroom is adjacent and purely for guest use includes a double bath, his & hers sinks, Shaver socket and heated towel rail. We serve a full English breakfast from 8.00am-9.30am, we can cater for all types of dietary requirements as long as enough notice is given. There is a pub, village shop/mini post office, playing ground and Church all within 2 minutes walk.... more

    Set in an acre of grounds looking out onto fields at the rear, down a quiet country lane. There is a pub, Church, shop/post office all within a minutes walk. For the avid rambler there are lots of orchards, woods and fields to walk through. Just 2 minutes drive from the beautiful ancient Cinque Ports town of Rye steeped in English history. You can also be in the centre of London in 1 hour by catching the fast train from Rye. Also only a 10 minute drive to the lovely sandy beach of Camber.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Julie and David were very friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and big with a very large and stylish bathroom. Great attention to detail and lots of thoughtful little touches rarely found elsewhere. more

We stayed with Julie and family for our wedding anniversary celebration. What a lovely welcome we received and special attention taken to provide us with complimentary wine on arrival to drink in the Jacuzzi bath, coupled with an aromatic candle. Oh and not to mention a lift to our meal in Rye in the evening. We would definitely recommend this... more

We decided on the Sobraon Bed & Breakfast after a long trawl through South Coast rentals. We wanted to visit the Kent and East Sussex coast, as before now we had only driven through most of the villages and towns on our way home from Devon and Cornwall. We were surprised and delighted to find an attractive, well maintained accommodation....
