Additional Rate and Availability Information
We require a $300.00 refundable deposit and 50% down to book the villa and the remainder due 60 days before arrival...booking less than 60 days requires full payment...Payment by check is preferred but we do take MC,Visa, AMEX, and Discover. Return guests we give a discount to for booking again. Special rate for 4 or less. rent includes all hotel taxes ( 13% ) after stay maid service and other fees.
