    Holme-next-the-Sea is situated on the A149 coast road around 2 miles east of Hunstanton. Entering the village from the direction of Hunstanton, take the third turning on the left into Eastgate Road which is opposite Chalkpit Lane to the right. Then turn immediately left into Manor Court where Lavender Barn can be can be found at the at the rear left hand side of the complex. Entering the village from the east along the A149 Coast Road continue through Thornham and into the village of Holme-next-the Sea.

This is a really lovely spacious property with high end fitments, however it is let down by relatively small details and petty omissions. A barbque is advertised and present, however the only fuel offered is foil packages , far too small to cook for the barn’s occupancy of 10 and they are charged extra for! Lavender Barn has been converted with no expense spared. All fittings and fixtures of a very high standard. Location was very good especially for walkers. Although quoted as dog friendly there were restrictions applied when we arrived that were not mentioned on the website. These should have have been made clear when booking. Overall a very enjoyable stay. more
