    Holme-next-the-Sea is situated on the A149 coast road around 2 miles east of Hunstanton. Entering the village from the direction of Hunstanton, take the third turning on the left into Eastgate Road which is opposite Chalkpit Lane to the right. Then turn immediately left into Manor Court where Lavender Barn can be can be found at the at the rear left hand side of the complex. Entering the village from the east along the A149 Coast Road continue through Thornham and into the village of Holme-next-the Sea.

We stayed at Lavender Barn for a long weekend. The barn is amazing, the rooms are generously sized and nicely furnished, particularly the very comfortable lounges. The galleried dining room is a great space for entertaining, or just chilling out with the paper and a cup of coffee.

The gardens are especially nice and fully enclosed so the kids can run around safely. The outdoor fire place was great in the evening, coupled with a few glasses of wine. Although the house is close to the road, traffic noise was not an issue and we found it very peaceful and relaxing.

Overall, we found the property to be even better than we were expecting and made for a memorable weekend. We will definately go back again.
