Additional Rate and Availability Information

A non refundable deposit of 1/3 of rental charge is due on booking with the balance due eight weeks prior to rental date. Non payment will be deemed as cancellation. All payments are non refundable so we strongly advise all guests have valid insurance cover.
The only other charge is a housekeeping deposit on arrival £200 on credit card held against the property being returned at the end of the rental period in the good state given. This will then be refunded two days after departure.
