It has 3 bedrooms, all with ocean views and private patio access, and 2 baths. The master bedroom suite has a king bed and private bath with double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two queen beds and two closets. The second bath also has double sinks and is located next to these bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances, including a dishwasher, and all small appliances including coffee maker, toaster, blender, and microwave. The great room/kitchen area has a TV monitor, VCR, CD, DVD player, breakfast bar, large glass top dining table and a panoramic view of the Sea of Cortez. Other amenities include laundry room access, central heating and cooling, a large front patio with steps to the beach, and outdoor furniture. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels are provided, Daily Maid Service Included Starting 2008!!!. 2-night Minimum during the week; 3-night minimum during weekends in March, April, May, June and October and all Holidays.
