Serenidad is a three-bedroom 2-bath beachfront home in Las Conchas. This home boasts a spacious great room with a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez. The great room has ample seating and a wood burning fireplace, (bring own wood or fire logs), the dining table has seating for eight, the kitchen has all major appliances, excluding a dishwasher, and many small appliances including coffee maker, blender, toaster and microwave. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bath and patio access. Bedroom two has a queen bed, ocean view and patio access. Bedroom three has two sets of bunk beds. The outside covered patio extends the length of the house with patio furniture provided and a charcoal BBQ, (bring own charcoal). Other amenities include TV monitor for VCR, radio, CD player, central AC/Heat and fans throughout. Owner requests No Smoking Inside and No Pets. Sheets and one set of bath towels provided. Minimum 2 nights; Holidays 3 nights.
