    Our rates are based on our minimum 7 night stay. Parking, exitg cleaning, local and long distance phone calls to anywhere in N. America, secure Wi-Fi and cable TV are included.
    We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and Union Card.
    Customers of Canadian Banks may also pay by Email Interac payments.
    We do require a credit card authorization for a $500 security deposit. This authorization does not affect your spending limit and does not appear as a charge on your credit card unless we are required to process charges for damages sustained to the property while you are in occupancy.
    PLEASE NOTE: BOOKINGS OF MORE THAN ONE MONTH ARE TAX EXEMPT. (You may book for one month + one extra night to be eligible for tax exemption of 15%)
