Our rates are based on our minimum two or three month stays. Parking, exit cleaning, local and long distance phone calls to anywhere in N. America, secure WI-FI, cable TV are included.
We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and Union Card. If you have a Canadian bank account you may also pay by Email Interac payment.
We do require a credit card authorization for a $500 security deposit. This authorization does not affect your spending limit and does not appear as a charge on your credit card unless we are required to process charges for damages sustained to the property while you are in occupancy.
