Property is located 10 minutes from the airport in San jose del cabo, BCS. 20 minute drive from downtown Cabo san Lucas and 2 minutes from downtown San Jose Del Cabo. Property is in a development called las Villas de Mexico which is located in the golf course community of Club Campestre which is a signature 18 hole Jack Nicklaus course complete with clubhouse and full restaurant. Rental car is advised and home comes with 2 underground parking spaces with elevator to front door. walking distance to beach and clubhouse with on property pool and full gym.
