    A light, airy, spacious split level house with four large bedrooms, and fantastic views of the mountains in the National Park region of the Grands Causses' which is an UNESCO heritage site. The property has a bath and shower room as well as a separate WC at street level, and a further shower/dressing room downstairs. At garden level, there is an extremely large living area comprising of a small but immaculate kitchen, well equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and all utensils provided.     The main bedroom has a King size double bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table with stool, bedside tables and lamps. This room is located at the rear of the house and overlooks Roc Nantais, as do the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. The 4th bedroom faces onto the road, which is relatively quiet. The room itself is a study bedroom with double bed settee, built in wardrobe, single z-bed as well as a bedside table and chair. The travel cot is also housed in this bedroom. In the lounge area a log burner is available for use and logs are provided in a shed in the garden. The burner heats the whole house but there are also 2 electric heaters, one in the dining area and the other in the 2nd bedroom. There is a dog crate if a well behaved pet is agreed to visit.

    Additional Rate and Availability Information
    We require a 30% deposit to secure the holiday home for the required period. Please contact us via e-mail or telephone to make the payment and to discuss any arrangements. The remaining balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival.

    There is a security deposit of £150GBP. The security payment will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure as long as none of the booking conditions have been breached.

    Arrival time not before 3pm on the Saturday and departure no later than 10am on the following Saturday, unless a different changeover date is agreed. Guests are expected to leave the house in the same condition as it was on arrival.

    Out of high season, it is possible to rent the house for a minimum of 3 nights in negotiation with the owner. Please contact the owner to discuss the prices for nightly rentals.

We know the Dourbie Valley and surrounding area very well. We returned to the area in June and stayed in Cantobre. Although the cottage we rented was adequate it had a lot of limitations.
We decided to return this September and decided to stay in Nant.
We found booking La Maison Rose very easy and the owners were very helpful.
The house itself was just what we wanted. It was clean light and comfortable.
The kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchens we have had in holiday accommodation.
Lots of useful guides and local information were supplied.
Agnes the agent who met us and checked the house before we left was very friendly and helpful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Had a brilliant holiday and would love to return again with the rest of our family.
I would recommendation this house to anyone and of course the area which is one of the nicest parts of France.
