The Woodmill is in an ideal setting to explore the many attractions Northumberland has to offer. The property has been refurbished to a high standard and has been awarded a four star rating by Visit England as well as achieving a Gold Award for providing a high standard of accommodation and exceptional customer service.

The accommodation is on two levels. The first floor comprises master bedroom with king size bed and en suite and a twin bedroom, both with TV's. The ground floor has one double and one twin bedroom (both with TV's) , a spacious south facing kitchen/dining room with exceptional views over the countryside, cosy lounge with wood burning stove and a luxurious family bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. The property has parking for two cars and a large private garden.

My husband and I stayed here recently over the Easter half term with my mum, dad, sister, brother in law and 2 nephews. We were worried that the cottage would feel over crowded but we couldn't have been more wrong... It was so spacious!! I was nearly put off booking this cottage because there weren't many reviews but I am glad I did. Myself, husband and two children (5 and 2) stayed for a week over the new year with another couple and their two children joining us. Beautiful well equipped cottage, situated close to Bamburgh (amazing walks/beach) and Seahouses (great fish and chips). We also visited Wooler, Alnwick and did a 9 mile Cheviot hill walk. more
