I am always a little apprehensive when I book a new vacation place. I've been on many vacations, despite my research, that have me longing for my own home half way through our stay. However that was not the case in this instance. The condo is beautifully appointed, a large open space with all the amenities one could hope for....

Walking distance to everything in downtown Playa del Carmen (Playa), yet always just a few minutes back to your private retreat. No need for a car, but if you have one there is free gated underground parking. The developer spared no expense when he built this property and it shows. Some of the finest restaurants and clubs in Playa (not to mention a world famous beach) reside just a few minutes up 12th Street (the "12" in Oasis 12.)
