Just back from 10 days at La Bella Vista. Awesome condo for our family of five. Perfectly maintained daily by a great housekeeper, Rhia. Daily pick up by the dive boat right after a hot, fresh breakfast prepared by the condo restaurant, Primas. Lots of room by the pool, or where we stayed under a palapa in the sandy area...

PAYMENT: An amount equal to 50% of the total rent will be required at the time your reservation is made. The remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival. If a reservation is made within 90 days of arrival, full payment is required upon making the reservation.

SECURITY DEPOSITS: A $500 cash or credit card Security Deposit will be collected at the time you check-in

Cancellation

If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation 120 days or more prior to arrival, we will refund your complete deposit less a $300 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel less then 120 days prior to arrival, you will still be able to receive a full refund of your deposit providing the unit is re rented for the same period at the same rate, less a $300 re- booking fee. Additional Location Information
El Cantil 6C South (aka La Bellavista) is a condo right on the ocean. The views are magnificant. The condo is close to the town center. 2 supermarkets are close. Taxis right outside the door. It is a really great place to have a vacation.
