We stayed here for 10 days in January 2013. As we intended to do a bit of tourism in Mexico City while visiting some family members, we were looking for a central location close to the metro. Our choice proved to be the right one, as the apartment is half a block from the Alameda Central and just a few minutes walk to either Hidalgo or Bellas Artes stations. Needless to say, it is ideally located to visit Mexico City's wonderful Centro Histórico.
In terms of the facilities, we found everything we needed: a recently built, small but complete apartment with all the services. We didn't use much the kitchen, but it seemed relatively well-equiped to do basic cooking. The washer and dryer worked well, just as the TV and wi-fi. We found the noise from the street or other apartments a bit annoying on a couple occasions, but it was generally very quiet. The building lacks a bit of character, but feels very safe, with security at the two doors 24/24.
