Our booking policy is 30% down at the time of booking and the remainder due 30 days before arriving at the condo.

Our cancellation policy is a full refund if canceled 30 days before arrival date. If you need to cancel after that we will assist you in trying to find a replacement renter but we are unable to offer a refund.

We do offer a reduced rate for last minute booking or for longer rentals. If you require more than one condo we can access additional rentals - maybe even one next door.
