We had a fantastic time staying at "Jennys cottage" in Bleanavon. The cottage has everything you need & lots more. The property has been renovated to an extreamly high standard, making our stay a wonderful experience. The location is excellent too, being very near to the "Big Pit" which is a great free day out including a trip down the pit! my children & I found it really interesting & an amazing glimpse into the life of the miners - not to be missed. We also had a lovely walk upto the Blaenavon station & enjoyed a ride on the steam train & enjoyed a pint at the local pub with beer garden/park, followed by a walk around the lakes & jumped on the train back again! We also enjoyed catching up with family locally who helped us explore the area. This really is a wonderful & beautiful part of Wales, the countryside is stunning. We were lucky enough to have beautiful sunny weather while we were there. We would recommend this property...
