This unit has just undergone complete renovation and is now available for rental to responsible vacationers.

Location is a five minute drive to Lucayan marketplace where you can enjoy international style meals and drinks at restaurants like Pisces or Zorbas. The beautiful Treasure Bay Casino with Las Vegas style gambling is right across from the marketplace. Nearby is Unexso where you can swim with the dolphins. Also nearby are three different SCUBA diving operators where you can become PADI certified.
Kayak through one of the largest creek systems in Freeport, Grand Bahama known as Dover Sound.
Garden of the Groves offers a variety of activities for those seeking tranquility, beauty and relaxation. Discover the many treasures including exotic plants and flowers; waterfalls; Bahamian art; migratory birds and butterflies; kid’s playground; garden café and much more.Visit Lucayan National Park
Nature trails and boardwalks lead to a variety of ecosystems. Two large caves are open to the public — part of one of the largest underwater cave systems in the world.

The beach is about a 10 minute walk and features reefs right offshore where you can snorkle to see the beautiful fish and coral.

If you are a golfer, there are two championship courses nearby: The Reef at Our Lucaya is a Robert Trent Jones links style course that is a qenuine challenge requiring shot accuracy and the Dick Wilson designed Lucayan golf course. This is the oldest golf course in Bahamas and is covered in trees, traps, and water hazards. This course is best suited for experienced players. A test of precision rather than distance, the doglegs, elevated greens and thick strands of tropical foliage, make the Lucayan the most challenging golf course on Grand Bahama Island.

Freeport bus service stops right at the front door of the condo and taxi service is available but to properly experience the island a car rental is recommended. Rental car companies are located at the airport or at Ocean Reef Yacht Club next door

Freeport International airport is only 15 minutes away and features direct flights from Nassau, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale and Toronto(seasonal).
There is also a high-speed ferry from Ft. Lauderdale
