I have to say that the Harborside is a beautiful resort. You get all of the perks of staying at the Atlantis properties but you are far enough away from it. Transportation to the Atlantis is frequent or you can take a 10 minute walk to get there. Check in was fast and courteous. I stayed in building #4. A lot of reviews say not to stay there but we found it convenient to the lobby, pool and transportation. It doesn't have a view but we were out all day anyway and had no time to sit on a balcony. The rooms are decorated nicely and have lots of space. However the carpets are filthy, the furniture is filthy, the beds are uncomfortable, the washing machine don't work well & there were rusty screws holding the soap dish in the shower. The carpets and floor were so dirty that after a shower our feet would be black just from walking around the room for a few minutes. Gross!!
The pool was beautiful and huge. There are plenty of lounge chairs and 2 life guards on duty...
