The unique entrance to this US Virgin Islands villa will have you intrigued and hopeful upon arriving... but it's something you'll have to see to fully understand! Once you're inside this villa accommodation in St. Thomas, you're sure to be awed by the cypress wood-beam ceilings, the carefully decorated interior, and the spacious floor plan. Stepping outside will give you the greatest excitement for this is where you'll see the rocky cove beneath you, smell the fresh ocean breeze, and be able to go swimming in your private pool, which comes with its own equipped cabana, all at this Caribbean home.

[1,500 sq ft] This villa, built on three levels, offers endless ocean views and overlooks a rocky cove. A private gate allows entrance to the villa's garden courtyard, which then leads to the front door. An external staircase leads down to the private swimming pool [18ft x 35ft] surrounded by a sun deck with sun loungers. There is also a poolside cabana with a mini fridge, bar, and CD player. Parking is available outside the villa. As of winter 2008, there is a house being built next door by the same owner of this villa but he will not do any construction when guests are staying here.

Lower level: The first bedroom has a king-sized bed, private balcony overlooking the coastline, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. The second bedroom has a sitting area with a daybed, a king-sized bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Main level: The living room is made up of two sitting areas: the first with a couch, cable TV, DVD player, and VCR, and the second with armchairs facing the glass doors that overlook the sea. There is a dining area with a table and chairs as well as a kitchen fully equipped with a cook-top, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There are two bedrooms, which are connected by an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower, making it best suited for parents and children. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has two single beds [which can be connected upon request].

The villa is located in Tropaco Point, on the north side of St. Thomas and the nearest beaches are Hull Bay Beach, which is a local favorite, or Magens Bay. Although it is the only beach with a small fee, Magens Bay guarantees a one-mile stretch of white sands, palm tree lined shores, and crystal clear waters. Coki Point is a great beach for snorkeling and Lindberg Bay is perfect for relaxing because it's rarely crowded. For shopping, dining, nightlife, and even sightseeing, Charlotte Amalie, the US Virgin Islands capital, is definitely the place to go. Here there is a large selection of shops, boutiques, restaurants, and historical sites. Daily activities can include kayaking, parasailing, diving, boating, or any other imaginable water sport. St. Thomas also has music, art, and dance festivals and lots of enjoyable attractions that include a submarine ride, swimming with the dolphins, and an aerial cable car ride to Paradise Point. Needless to say, you will never run out of things to do!
