Chalk Sound is a residential neighbourhood, with the Sound being a protected waterway. Looking out from your property there are uninhabited cays dotting your view and beyond that to the rest of Providenciales there is undeveloped land. Minimal boating is allowed on the Sound and the waterway being surrounded by land on three sides ensures calm waters.
