The villa offers excellent ocean views & unobstructed sunsets, & fantastic snorkeling may be enjoyed directly in front of the property. Callaloo is located next door to its twin, Ballyhoo (TNC HOO), as well as the larger Turtle Beach Villa (NSV TUR), and is steps away from one of the island's premier snorkeling areas/national parks (Smith's Reef). The villa is a mere 10-minute walk to Turtle Cove Marina, home to restaurants, shopping, fishing & diving excursions.

NOTES: A/C is metered to discourage use with doors & windows open, & not expensive if used judiciously (no charge for 1st 100/week usage; thereafter, .28/kilowatt hour) - a separate, easy-to-read digital meter allows guests to monitor a/c usage. Callaloo has ceiling fans in each room & enjoys a comfortable, almost constant tradewind, so exceeding the a/c allotment is rare.

- Callaloo rentals are Sunday-Sunday, year round; 14-night minimum is required over Christmas/New Years.
