This newly built 4 bedroom, 4 bath villa is located in the Mont Jean, St Barts area facing the wild part of Pointe Milou and the ocean. The front door opens into the villa's contemporary living room with a view to the terrace and pool beyond. The spacious terrace that runs the length of the villa has comfortable contemporary red sofas and armchairs, and on the deck, lounge chairs surround the lap pool.

All four air-conditioned bedrooms open on to the terrace, with king size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Each is decorated with light colored wood furnishings and elegant Kenzo fabrics. The master bedroom is larger and is located at the end of the terrace offering privacy and a nice ocean view.

The kitchen is located to the left of the living room, accessed from the terrace, with a well-equipped gourmet kitchen. It opens to an outside dining area with a large square wooden table offering an inviting place to have a meal "en pleine air" with friends. This modern elegantly and nicely decorated villa offers space and comfort.
