San Juan, Puerto Rico
Welcome to our guesthouse/museum/gallery in San Juan's Arts & Culture District. If you appreciate art, culture, music & history in a still 'rough around the edges' arts district, this may perfect for your trip to San Juan!
The guesthouse is managed by Caribbean Consulting - a leader in hotel and tourism marketing in the Caribbean. We have a special interest in cultural tourism - hosting an art gallery and museum in our building - a historic 'Santurce' townhouse originally built in 1915.
Since we work with culture & tourism on a daily basis, we rent three guest suites to give travelers a unique experience and help us get feedback about tourism.

The casita was an excellent value, very clean and comfortable. Richard is more than a property owner/manager. He is your local tour guide and acclimated us to the area with a wealth of information we would otherwise have missed. There is nowhere else I'd rather stay in San Juan. The ability to speak with someone who knows the city ahead...
