Welcome to our guesthouse/museum/gallery in San Juan's Arts & Culture District. If you appreciate art, culture, music & history in a still 'rough around the edges' arts district, this may perfect for your trip to San Juan!
The guesthouse is managed by Caribbean Consulting - a leader in hotel and tourism marketing in the Caribbean. We have a special interest in cultural tourism - hosting an art gallery and museum in our building - a historic 'Santurce' townhouse originally built in 1915.
Since we work with culture & tourism on a daily basis, we rent three guest suites to give travelers a unique experience and help us get feedback about tourism.
If you're looking for a unique experience - this may be for you!

The casita was an excellent value, very clean and comfortable. Richard is more than a property owner/manager. He is your local tour guide and acclimated us to the area with a wealth of information we would otherwise have missed. There is nowhere else I'd rather stay in San Juan. The ability to speak with someone who knows the city ahead...

We lucked out royally. A late cancellation got us a no cost upgrade to the second floor suite, although we did see the Casita Suite and it would have been fine. The whole San Juan experience starts with Richard though, who goes out of his way to insure that you'll have a delightful time. He provides a wealth of information...

Staying at the Casita Suite in the SJ Arts District was a rewarding and relaxing experience. The weather from January 11th through January 18th was absolutely delightful. The temperatures during the daytime averaged around 85 degrees and the evening temperatures were approximately 70 degrees. The only means of transportation that we used were walking and the M3 bus to Old... more
