Most of our issues with this property have to do with with rental agent Bonaire Oceanfront Villas. They will promise anything to make a sale then provide no customer service. This property was neither as advertised nor as represented by their agent. In July, the house was unbearably, unsafely hot. Not uncomfortably hot. Unbearably hot.
We booked Cas Chagogo last minute (4 days before arrival). Before booking we were concerned about the lack of a/c in the living area. The agent assured us both by email and over the telephone that a/c wasn’t needed in the living area because the ocean breeze kept it cool. She also confirmed, again by both email and over the telephone, that the bedrooms were air conditioned.
