This wooden house & land is private property and rented by owner. It’s situated in a peaceful neighborhood surrounded by nature and has a relaxing atmosphere (no direct neighbors). The house is fully made of wood and is called ‘Surinam style’ because of its elevation.
Beaches, downtown Oranjestad, Natural Bridge, Casibari Rock Formation & Airport are approx. 5-10 minute car-drive away. You'll need a car but there's a supermarket & some shops in walking distance.
-Central on Aruba, in Paradera area.
-No direct neighbors; lots of privacy.
-Perfect for families. Lots of play area on the property. Toys can be provided on request.
-Airport pickup service possible on request.
-Basic groceries available for late arrivals.
-Alarmsystem, fire-alarm, private parking
