    The accommodation totals 95 square metres of floor space over 2 floors. The entrance hall leads to a large, well equipped kitchen with breakfast bar continuing to a stylish open plan dining/living room area. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms (one en-suite ) all with countryside views ,and a luxury family bathroom with bath and power shower. To the rear of the property there is a raised patio area with garden furniture seating for 6 people and off road parking.

    Price includes meet and greet service on arrival, all bed linens, bath towels and wireless internet access.
    A deposit of 20% is required on booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival date(or full payment if the date is less than 6 weeks)
    Alpha Rise is available for booking all year round. Shorter breaks may be available in Low seasons .
    Short breaks(minimum 3 nights) are charged at two -thirds of the weekly rate,and can only be booked by the owners consent.A typical booking runs from Saturday to Saturday,arrival time is from 3pm departure no later than 10am.
    Extra nights are charged at 15% of the weekly rate.

A lovely modern property for the larger than average getaway. This house comfortably fit our party of 4 adults and 1 child.
