This two bedroom Caribbean villa is definitely a romantic spot, but bringing along the kids would be just as fun and there will still be tons of room for everyone to have their own space. While the terrace has views of Hans Lollick Island, Magens Bay, only a mile away, is a place the whole family can enjoy while renting this villa in St. Thomas.

[1500 sq ft] Situated behind a gated entrance and down a short staircase surrounded by tropical gardens, this villa with gorgeous ocean views is comprised of two independent pavilions [cottages], each accessible from the sun deck. The villa overlooks the uninhabited island of Hans Lollick. The sun deck, furnished with sun loungers, surrounds the private swimming pool [13ft x 8ft]. Sliding glass doors from the living room of the Main Pavilion lead to a verandah furnished with a table with chairs. On the other side of the Main Pavilion, there is a garden patio shaded by a pergola and furnished with a barbecue and another table with chairs. There is also an outdoor shower. Please be aware that a tenant lives in an apartment below the villa, but he has a private entrance and cannot see into any part of the villa, including the pool.

This villa is comprised of two pavilions, each accessible from the sun deck.
Main Pavilion
Ground floor: To the right of the sun deck, the entrance of the main pavilion opens to the living room with couches, chairs, a cable TV, DVD player, and sliding glass doors to the terrace. Behind the couches is a desk with a MAC computer with DSL internet connection. Directly adjacent is the open dining area with a table, chairs, and glass doors to the terrace. On the other side of the table is the kitchen, equipped with a cook-top, microwave, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The kitchen also has an island with two bar stools. There is one bedroom in the main pavilion with a king-sized bed, ocean views, glass doors to the terrace, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.
Bedroom Pavilion
Ground floor: There is an independent bedroom with a king-sized bed [which can be separated on request], ocean views, a cable TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower.

The villa is located in Mahogany Run, on the northern part of St. Thomas. The renowned Mahogany Run Golf Course is located nearby and the closest beach to the villa is Magens Bay, which is also the most popular on the island. Although Magens Bay is the only beach with a small fee, you'll be guaranteed a one-mile stretch of white sands, palm tree lined shores, and crystal clear waters. Coki Point is a great beach for snorkeling, Lindberg Bay is perfect for relaxing because it's rarely crowded, and Hull Bay is a local favorite. For shopping, dining, nightlife, and even sightseeing, Charlotte Amalie, the US Virgin Islands capital, is definitely the place to go. Here there is a large selection of shops, boutiques, restaurants, and historical sites. Daily activities can include kayaking, parasailing, diving, boating, or any other imaginable water sport. St. Thomas also has music, art, and dance festivals and lots of enjoyable attractions that include a submarine ride, swimming with the dolphins, and an aerial cable car ride to Paradise Point. Needless to say, you will never run out of things to do!
