We loved the Alps, there is so much to see and do. Bel Alp is a good base and well located. The apartment is spaciaous and well appointed. Gripes are minor, it is not clear where the outdoor space is so we ended up sitting on te grass outside, the only other issue is that the apartment is damp and therefore there is a strong damp smell. We bought air refereshers but the smell remaind. I must say that you pay for what you get and this is a minor gripe. You cannot expect Hilton luxury and the location a space provided more then make up for this. One other piece of feedback for Mr Pollard is it would be useful to provide more local information e.g. the free travel concession, this is so useful, similaorly details of cable car deals is useful but was not in the welcome book. more

Management response:

The damp was a temporary problem in one of the rooms and has been dealt with. The outside area is large and spans the full length of the apartment at the front with lawn and hard standing areas. The web site for the property contains an abundance of information for guests, this is accessible in the property through the WiFi. more
