We stayed in Cantina Vito for 10 days in late September.
We totally loved the place. It's just outside the village of Scopello - we took a walk there (it takes you about 5-7 minutes) every evening for a dinner out or for a digestif and dessert if we had dinner at home. You get a great view from there at the gulf of Castellamare. In the evening, foxes would join us for dinner (unless the local cat scared them away). It's very quiet there, so it's a great place if you're seeking for tranquility.
The Riserva Dello Zingaro is just about a couple kilometers from the village, so if you don't like huge sandy beaches with crowds of people, the place is ideal for you. It's also a good starting point to explore the region - we drove to several ancient sites and to Trapani and Marsala. Riserva Monte Cofano on the other side of the cape is also worth visiting if you like walking and are a nature lover.
