    Additional Rate and Availability Information
N.B. Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

The 'From £59.00' is based on staying 7 nights during the off season rate period (£412.00 divided by 7 nights). The nightly price or price-per-day will vary according to length of stay, for example, the 'price per day' will be greater for a 3-night stay than for a a 7-night stay, because of the constant costs of laundry, cleaning, etc. The minimum stay in the Threshing Barn is 3 nights and this is only during the Off Season period.

Pets are an additional £20.00. (1 well-behaved dog allowed of selected breeds.)
Please note prices are for up to 4 people plus 1 baby.
Breakages will need to be reported. Substantial breakages will have to be paid for.

Sometimes we can offer breakfast in the house to cottage guests. If you want this service, a full English breakfast is £8.00 per person per day. Please check about availability before you arrive.

We came to stay for a long weekend at the Goth Weekend. Some friends were in the B&B and we stayed in the threshing barn. The owners are very welcoming and the cottage is very well equipped. Everything you could need for a weekend or a week is in the cottage.

This is the second time we have stayed at Red House Farm, and we will be back again I am sure. All of the accommodation is comfortable and I can recommend it to anyone.

We had never been to north yorkshire and to be honest booked this without an enormous amount of research as wanted dog friendly and had little time, what a result!
cottage is top notch, small and compact but just lovely and cosy, log fire, wifi beautiful beds that we all wanted to bring home, towels, eggs, a bottle of wine. lovely lovely owners who didn't crowd but were genuinely helpful and interested in you. games room for the evenings, comfy sofas. couldn't have asked for more
if you have children they will love the animals, if you're an adult group then completely relaxing our teens were very happy and hearing theres a pool in the planning are eager to return. great pubs and restaurants in the area, beautiful beaches, tho some steep walks to get to them!
if we have time to return we will definitely rebook and would very happily recommend to even the fussiest of friends.
