*25% non refundable deposit required for confirmation of booking.

*Balance required 8 weeks before arrival along with seperate refundable security deposit of £300 (security deposit will be refunded within 21 days providing villa is left as you found it with no damages to villa or it's contents and receiving report from my Property Management Company confirming this).

*We endeavour to be as flexible as possible with entry/departure times. However, if we have departures and arrivals on the same day, we would expect guests to leave by 11.00 hours on the day of departure to accommodate new guests who would not obtain access until 16.00 hours.
