No 9 is a new air-conditioned town house on the beautiful West Coast of the island minutes from the beach and Holetown. The spacious ground floor is open plan leading onto a tropical patio with it's own plunge pool. The modern kitchen is superbly equipped - choose to eat at either the breakfast bar or at the dining table or maybe dine outside where you may spot a monkey on the fence or a humming bird hovering at the flowers! Relax on comfortable sofas and maybe watch DVD's or listen to your favourite track on the iPod dock. The tranquil, secure development consists of 28 town houses, has a communal swimming pool and tennis court.

Where do I begin with this absolute gem?

Situated just 2 minutes (on a bus) from Holetown, 9 Porters Gate ticks every box.The weekly price is staggeringly low for what the apartment offers in terms of location, utensils, space and amenities. The bedrooms are wonderfully furnished, with large en-suites, the kitchen is full to the brim with utensils (the refridgerator being particularly impressive), the lounge provides comfortable solace from the midday sun and the outside area (with pool) is the epitome of relaxation. After a day at the beach (a 5 minute walk), the outside area provides the perfect place to wind down before heading out for dinner.

The complex within which the apartment is situated brings about an air of calm and security. There is a tennis court and large pool. Complete convenience on your doorstep. The neighbours are particularly pleasant!

Myself and my friends will certainly be back. We were left with a real sense of joy having spent 10...

Stayed here with wife and two young children during April 2013. We had an amazing time. The accommodation was just perfect. The plunge pool was just the right size for our 4 and 7 year olds to have fun as well as the us adults to splash around with them. Perfect for cooling down after a long day. If we needed something larger, which was rare, then there is a communal pool in the complex. We made full use of the tennis court too. The local restaurants are amazing too. The beach is just a few minutes walk.

The house is open plan downstairs with a superbly equipped kitchen complete with a breakfast bar separating the dining area. Comfortable sofas form the relaxation area around the TV and DVD player. Wireless internet is provided (the passcode will be sent to you in the house notes) Linen and towels are provided along with beach towels and hairdryers.

This system was introduced to deter guests from leaving the air conditioning on all day with the windows wide open whilst spending the day at the beach!
