Domaine Estaviale is a breathtaking property,set alone on a hillside far away from your nearest neighbours, with unrivalled views over the stunning bastide village of Castelnau de Montmiral.The white stone farmhouse is packed with charm,having been recently restored to a high standard and finished authentically.The house has oak beams, wooden and terracota floors,exposed white stonework and many original features, combined with a luminous feel from the many large windows.

Outside,there is a terraced dining area with a BBQ,and the large 15 metre pool,with wide steps down into the shallow end,designed with young children in mind,and just a few steps from the house. Absolutely brilliant rental. I will not dwell on all there is to do in the area, the great shops and restaurants as well as the beautiful scenery, because it is all wonderful. 1.Changeover Day: Lettings are from Saturday (4pm) to Saturday (10am)

2.Prices from late Sept - April are based on four people sharing the accommodation. Additional guests will be charged at £30 per person per week.

3 Heating; An extra charge for heating (and logs if required) will be made.This will be charged at cost
and payable to the owners before leaving the property.

4.Bedding: Bed linen and towels (hand towels,bath towels & tea towels)are all included in the price and changed weekly.Please note that clients are kindly requested to bring their own pool towels and all
bed linen for cots.

5.A local 'tax sejour' charge of 1.10 euro per adult (over 18) per night is payable to the Local Tourist office and will be collected by the owners during your stay. Full details of this levy can be found in the information pack on your arrival.A separate
