We rented this property for 15 nights. The company took a deposit of £300. On returning to England I asked for the deposit to be returned. 30 days later it was returned, but we were charged for a linen cuboard lock, of which we had no idea why, a linen charge for using too many towels, we never touched the towels the maid was the only person who changed them. The final charge was a repair bill for the satillite, where the areial cable had come out, the man who' repaired ' it actually stated I know nothing about satilites
The company after several emails refunded the lock charge, but what is disturbing why did the company not contact us before we left Portugal to discuss these charges ??
