Nice place, travelled with our 22 month old and some other family. Enough space for us all, bedrooms well situated to allow children to sleep without disruption from us. A deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.
Balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
A deposit cheque of £200 against damages is also required.
(So far, we have never had to use this deposit!).
At least one guest must be 30 years +.
Sorry but no student groups.

Pool heating is charged at £125 per week.
We do not charge extra for air-con or heating.

Changeover days to be agreed when booking but usually Fridays.
Arrival time 4pm, departure 10am.
