    Prices
    Weekly rental prices are in Swiss Francs and include local management services and utilities, although a surcharge for excess electricity and heating usage may be levied or where utility prices rise excessively. Linen provision (Swiss Francs 20 per person per set) and end of stay cleaning (approximately Swiss Francs 130) are not included in the rental price, and are supplemental as are tourist taxes of Swiss Francs 1.80 pppn (Swiss Francs 0.90 for children 6 to 18), which are paid locally in Champex-Lac.

    Minimum stay
    Minimum stay is one week. Multiple weeks can be negotiated subject to availability and seasonal periods. Long let available on a winter/summer season and yearly basis. Prices and terms are subject to change without notice.

    Saturday to Saturday, unless otherwise agreed with the owners. Arrival between 4pm and 8pm and departure by 10am, unless otherwise agreed with the owners and local agent.

We are a retired couple and spent 2 relaxing weeks at the end of the summer at this well equipped, modern, and spacious apartment. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a lakeview.
