    Villa Las Tres Rosas was once owned by the famous Spanish 'Copla' singer and actress Marife de Triana who is still recognised as a daughter of Benalmadena by a nearby plaque.

    The villa is ideally situated close to all amenities including a supermarket (walking distance), and conveniently placed near the main bus routes for those who prefer not to drive. There are several bars and restaurants nearby and the centre of Arroyo de la Miel is also within walking distance.

    Linen and towel change every 7 days for bookings of two weeks or more.

    Payments are accepted in Euro or GBP Sterling. GBP payments will be calculated using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of each payment.

    A 20% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance payable no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable 200 euro security deposit is also required with the final balance. This will be returned within 7 days of departure after a final inspection by our local agents.

    How to get there
    Airport: Malaga: 4.3 mi
    Benalmadena is approximately 15 minutes from Malaga airport which receives regular flights from most UK airports using low cost carriers. There is also a train station next to the airport which goes as far as Arroyo de la Miel town centre. Train fares in Spain are extremely cheap. From Arroyo station the villa is a short 3 minute journey by taxi or about 15 minutes on foot. A taxi direct from the airport will cost approximately 30-35 euro.

    There are numerous car hire firms based at the airport. Whoever you choose we do recommend taking the full insurance damage waiver.

I stayed at the Villa Las Tres Rosas, with my sister and family. My sister Teena had booked the villa and stayed in May with other family. It is an ideal location for anyone that wants to be, not too far away from the town, but far away enough to be tranquil. There is a steep hill to walk up...

We stayed for 2 weeks in July with all the family and had the most amazing holiday ever! The villa is truly breathtaking and situated in a lovely quiet area with fantastic panoramic views.
