    This top (5th) floor apartment is in a low-rise residential block with lift to all floors. The apartment is one of the largest in the community and provides a huge amount of space for any group or family holidaying together.

    Extending the whole length of the block, the 2-bed apartment has a very large living/dining space with full balconies at either end - both offering outside dining facilities and beautiful views to the sea in one direction and the mountains in the other.

    The master bedroom has a double-bed and large built-in wardrobes. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and built-in wardrobes.     The apartment is located in the small town of Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmadena Costa - only a 15 minute drive/ taxi ride from Malaga Airport. Flights to Malaga can be booked through many airlines from all major and most regional UK airports.

    A taxi from Malaga airport taxi rank costs approx €25 but airport transfers can be organised upon request. The regular local (Cercanias) train service links the town with the airport with a train arriving/ departing every 30 minutes. Tickets can be bought at the self-service machines next to the platform (approx. €1.35 one way). The machines accept notes and coins (euros only).

We spent 5 weeks in this apartment in February and March leaving Scotland in snow and returning to the white stuff. We chose it based on the advert in Holiday Lettings. (would recommend) The description and photos are remarkably accurate so there's little to add. The owners are english and have a number of other properties in the area but this one best suited our needs. Arrangements for payment were particularly civilised. Long lets are really good value.
We flew from Glasgow to Malaga with Easyjet. The flight arrived early (we may be lucky but all our Easyjet flights have been on time at worst) and from landing to arriving at the apartment took around an hour. Ryanair fly from Edinburgh but arrive in the evening and the add ons don't half bump up the price.
This top floor flat takes up the floor area of 2 on the lower floors so rooms are large. There is a really good tapas bar on the ground floor (Very quiet) While the security systen requires juggling three keys, it means...
