The house has an excellent position in a quiet residential area with little passing traffic.The town house is split into 2 apartments, each with it's own access. This ground floor apartment is furnished to a very high standard and equipped with many extras. The large attractive lounge offers a very comfortable seating area to relax and watch DVDs, in addition there is a dining table with four chairs. We stayed here in august. Ivy and Don we're really welcoming and the welcome pack of water,milk,bread etc was very thoughtful. They were both so helpful and friendly. The apartment was lovely. Ivy and her husband were extremely friendly hosts . Beautiful accomodation, clean, finished to a high standard and surrounded by amazing scenery. Perfect place to stay for lazy days by the private pool or a short drive to the beach ! We had a great stay and have already recommened to friends and family. more

Had a great holiday. Shops, Bars and Restaurants all within 15min walk or 5min drive. Car recommended. Don and Ivy were a great help whenever needed. £80 per week non-refundable deposit must be paid on booking.

The properety is available to rent on a weekly basis or short break, minimum stay 2 nights. Prices on request.

Please note a surcharge of €45 will be paid directly to the keyholders on arrival to cover linen and cleaning costs on your departure, This payment will be applicable for every booking and is non negotiable.


The balance and an additional security payment of £100 cheque sterling is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure to cover possible breakages, key loss etc. (See booking form for full details). The security payment will be returned upon return of key and inspection of property & contents - Mrs Andrews will liase with you to make arrangements for this return.

Our home, situated in the lovely urbanization of La Marina, is a quick 20 minute drive from Alicante Airport. Many airlines fly into Alicante such as Monarch, Easyjet, BMI and more.
