The house was formerly the home of Sandsend Tennis Club and with its large sea-facing patio and tennis court size lawn it's easy to imagine its past history. Where the minimum stay is indicated as 3 Nights it is possible to book a short break of this duration generally starting on a Friday and the cost will be approximately 75% of the weekly rental rate as follows:

    Low Season Short Break (3 Nights): £775

    Mid Season Short Break (3 Nights): £995

    High Season Short Break (3 Nights): £1150

    Peak Season: Short Break of 3 Nights only bookable within 4 weeks' of stay (if available)

    Flexibility on arrival day is possible for 3 night short breaks - please check with owner. For stays in excess of 3 Nights please contact owner for cost.

    One dog by prior permission of the owner: £20 per break/week

We had a most enjoyable holiday in this large, well equipped house. There was plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, the soft furnishings were attractive - it helped that they were in my favorite colour! - and the wall art was modern. We were delighted with our stay at the Pavilion. It had previously been a tennis pavilion, hence the name, and came with a large, enclosed front garden, facing the sea and a great space for children to run around and for outdoor games, plus a patio with a large outdoor garden table and chairs. We stayed at the pavilion in June 2014 for a special family celebration, the house excelled all our expectations! The house is equipped with everything you could think of and more.
